Xavier lee hrach, 13, of Smithton passed away Tuesday, Oct. 18, 2016, in Children's Hospital of Pittsburgh of UPMC, Pittsburgh. Xavier was born June 1, 2003, in Greensburg, a son of Bruce L. C. Hrach Jr. and Rachel Lee (Leseman) Hrach, of Smithton. Xavier was a devoted son, grandson and brother. He was a student at the Pennsylvania Cyber Charter School and was an active member of the former St. Timothy Roman Catholic Church in Smithton, where he was baptized. Xavier was best known for his love, empathy and beautiful giving spirit. A happy go lucky youth with a pure heart who would do anything for anybody, he loved the outdoors, hunting, fishing, sports cars, diesel trucks and his pet cat, Belle. Xavier aspired to be an orthopedic surgeon like his sister, Victoria, and he will forever be remembered. Xavier was also a member of the Fayette County 4-H Club. Xavier will be sadly missed by his loving family: his parents, Bruce L.C. Hrach Jr. and Rachel Lee (Leseman) Hrach; his sister, Victoria Lee Hrach; his paternal grandfather, Bruce L. Hrach Sr.; his paternal great-grandfather, Charles Hrach; his maternal grandparents, Walter "Bud" and Nancy (Anzur) Leseman, all of Smithton; and his maternal great-grandfather, Edwin Anzur, of Irwin. Family and friends will be received from 4 to 8 p.m. Friday in the funeral home chapel, where a blessing service will be held at 10:30 a.m. Saturday, with the Rev. Andrew Kawecki officiating.
