William Petiya, 83 of Connellsville (Formerly of Alverton), passed away on April 10, 2018 in Always Care Personal Care Home, Dunbar Township. William was born July 21, 1934 in Uniontown, a son of the late Nicholas and Anna (Medar) Petiya. He was an employee of the former Gibbons Foundry in Alverton. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two sisters, Margaret Potosky and Mary Smith; and a brother, John Petiya. Private cremation services were held at the convenience of the family. Final resting place was in Alverton Cemetery. Love Lasts Forever!
