Wilbert Ed "Bill" Dailey, Jr. 76 of Tarrs, passed away at 9:56 PM Thursday, November 12, 2020 in Hempfield Manor, Hempfield Township. Bill was born July 3, 1944 in Valdosta, Georgia, a son of the late Wilbert Ed and Beulah Mae (Ferguson) Dailey.

Bill will be sadly missed by his loving family; his wife, Theresa C. (LeMaistre) Dailey of Tarrs; Bill was the love of her life; his daughter, Michelle Womack and his son, Richard Dailey, both of Alabama; his grandchildren, Jesse Dailey, Cara Murphy, and Sara Hernandez; his siblings, David, Linda, and Pamela; his stepdaughter, Sarah Opalinski and husband Vinnie and their sons Jacob and Dylan.
