Wallace D. Murphy Sr., 57, of Dawson, passed away at 9:45 a.m. Oct. 24, 2021, in Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown. He was born March 15, 1964, in Dawson, a son of the late Ora Lee and Martha Jane (Laws) Murphy. He was married to the former Emma Jane Stockton. In addition to his wife, he is survived by his six children, Wallace Murphy Jr., Misty Murphy, Jennifer Murphy, Andrew Murphy, Samantha Murphy and Christina Murphy.

He was the proprietor of a tree cutting service.
