Obituary

Tita Faye Clark, 76, of Vanderbilt, Pennsylvania, passed away peacefully at home on October

23, 2026, surrounded by her loving family.

Raised in Little Summit, Tita later made her home in Vanderbilt. Her heart was always

centered on what mattered most to her: family. Nothing brought her greater joy or pride than

speaking about her five children, her beloved grandchildren, and her great-grandchildren.

Tita had a wonderful sense of humor and an even bigger heart. She always had a story to tell,

and her stories could leave everyone laughing. Among her fondest memories was her dream

trip to Graceland, a special journey filled with love and unforgettable moments that her family

will treasure forever. She also treasured her friendship of 60 years with Linda Greenawalt.

Tita was a gifted seamstress who poured her love into everything she made. Over the course of

an entire year, she created a personalized quilt for each of her children, grandchildren, and

great-grandchildren, including grandchildren who were not related to her by blood but were

every bit as much her family. She was so proud to give each person a quilt for Christmas,

leaving them something made especially for them to remember her by.

She also lovingly assembled photo albums, filling them with photographs and personal stories

about each child. Tita continued working on these treasured gifts until the night before she

passed away, determined to make sure everyone would have a Christmas present from her,

even after she was gone. Each quilt and album is a lasting reminder of her thoughtfulness and

the boundless love she had for her family.

Tita is survived by her five children: Roxanne (Rick), Samantha (Gerald), Leonard Dale (Lisa),

Tanya (Rick), and April (Ricky). She also leaves behind her siblings, Connie, Jackie, and Jimmy;

her grandchildren, Josh, Joi, Samuel, Christian, Dillon, River, Summer, Gerald, Sarah, Emily,

and Richie; and her cherished great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Betty Ruth Haney and George Wilbur Haney; her

spouse, Leonard; and beloved family members.

Services will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations in Tita’s memory may be made

to Leisenring Presbyterian Church or a cancer research organization of your choice.
