Tarra L. (Brunner) John, of Duncansville, formerly of Scottdale, passed away Tuesday, Aug. 17, 2021. She was the wife of Scott A. John, the love of her life whom she married June 20, 1998; mother of Justin Alan and Ethan Thomas John, whom she dearly loved and knew they loved her back; daughter of W. Thomas and Judith E. (Avenengo) Brunner; and sister of Courtney Kropp (Shawn). Also surviving are seven nieces and nephews and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins. She was preceded in death by her maternal grandparents, Roger R. and Jeanne G. (Sommer) Avenengo; her paternal grandparents, Warren H. and Mary A. (Gibbons) Brunner; and her cousins, Kristina R. Avenengo and William W. Kohuth. She worked in the family business as an electrologist, nail tech and esthetician for 22 and one half years. Tarra was a five time cancer survivor!
