Sybella F. (Swank) Clark, 69 of Scottdale passed away at 12:25 PM November 30, 2020 in Scottdale Manor and Rehabilitation Center, East Huntington Township. Sybella was born April 16, 1951 at Kingview in Upper Tyrone Township, a daughter of the late John and Mildred (Clites) Swank. She was also preceded in death by her longtime companion, Joseph Shincovich on March 7, 2017.
