Shirley J. Dugger, 81

of Scottdale (Kingview) passed away at 12.58 AM Friday, May 9, 2025 at her home, surrounded by her family who loved her so very much. Shirley was born on January 27, 1944 at West Overton in East Huntingdon Township, a daughter of the late Eugene Raymond and Beatrice (Butler) Raymond Fisher.

Shirley was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, and aunt. She graduated from East Huntingdon High School, Class of 1962 and was a longtime and faithful member of the Scottdale Church of Christ. Shirley was employed at the former Ames Department Store with 25+ years of service and she loved the outdoors, hunting, going camping, motorcycle riding and taking vacations to the beach.

Shirley will be sadly missed by her loving family; her husband of 61 years, Ronald J. Dugger; her daughter, Debbie Sikora and husband Mike; her son, Ronald Dugger Jr. and wife Tina; her two grandsons, Michael Sikora and wife Emily and Andrew Sikora and fiancee Adrielle; her two great grandchildren, Ethan and Olivia Sikora; her sister, Karen Schaefer and husband Barry; her brother, Richard Raymond; her sisters-in-law, Ruth Fox and husband David and Bonnie Raymond; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, Shirley was preceded in death by her brother, Ron Raymond; her sisters-in-law, Nancy Piasecky and Mary Raymond; and her step-father, Oliver Fisher.

At Shirley's request, there will be no viewing. A Prayer Service will be held at a later date in the Scottdale Church of Christ. The family wishes to extend their gratitude to the staff at 365 Hospice, Scottdale Manor Rehabilitation Center, and to Frick Hospital's Emergency Department.
