Sandra L. "Sandy" Richter, 76 of South Union Township, Fayette County passed away at 12:25 PM Saturday, July 20, 2024 at her residence. Sandy was born December 16, 1947 in Dunbar, a daughter of the late John Calvin and Birdie Belle (Miller) Harbarger. She was married to Clyde Richter, who also preceded her in death along with her son, Brian Harbarger; her two brothers, James and Clarence Harbarger; and her sister, Wyola Martin.

Sandy is survived by her special friend, Lori Flynn of South Union Twp.; her grandson, Matthew Leska; her sister, Patricia "Patti" Eicher and her husband David of Dunbar; and her brother, Donald Harbarger and his wife Geri of Greensburg.
