Richard Keeling "Rich" Garvin, 84 of Scottdale passed away at 2:07 AM Saturday, November 11, 2023 in the Scottdale Healthcare, East Huntingdon Township. Rich was born on November 16, 1938 in North Versailles Township, Allegheny Count, a son of the late Clarence Keeling and Grace Emma (Murphy) Garvin. He was married Kathy Nora (Hebrank) Garvin on June 15, 1963.

Rich worked in the maintenance field for trucking companies and was a graduate of North Huntingdon High School.

He enjoyed fishing, hunting, and spending time with family and friends!

Rich will be sadly missed by his loving family; his wife of 60 years,  Kathy Nora (Hebrank) Garvin; his son, Richard Garvin and wife Emma; his grandson, Zachary; his granddaughter, Sarah; his sister, Helen Moody; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his two sisters, Lois Gwillam & Grace Garvin.
