Phyllis J. (Raymond) Lowe, 85 (formerly of East Huntingdon Township) passed away at 11:45 PM Thursday, November 3, 2022 in Oak Hill Health & Rehabilitation Center, Unity Township. Phyllis was born November 13, 1936 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Charles Edward and Manetta Genevieve (Jones) Raymond. She was married to Maurice C. Lowe, who passed away on December 8, 1997.

Phyllis was a devoted homemaker, mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She enjoyed restoring furniture and reading books.

Phyllis will be sadly missed by her loving family; her three sons, Gary Lowe and wife Mary Ann of Connellsville, Clint Lowe and wife Connie of Dawson, and Joel Lowe and wife Sherry of Mount Pleasant; her six grandchildren, Stacy, Brandi, Jennifer, Joel Jr., Michele, and Olivia; and several great grandchildren. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her grandson, Jonathan Payne on March 26, 2020.

Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of the ROBERT B. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 105 SPRING STREET, SCOTTDALE (www.fergusonfunerals.com). Private viewing and service with Pastor Larry Coltura officiating was held at the convenience of the family. Interment followed in Wesley Chapel Cemetery, next to her late husband.
