Paul Arnold Palmer, 87 of Scottdale (Mt. Nebo), passed away August 10, 2016. He was the husband of Glenda Palmer, a veteran of the US Army, and worked as a security guard for many years.
Personalized arrangements were under the professional supervision of the ROBERT B. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 105 SPRING STREET, SCOTTDALE. At the request of the decedent, there was no viewing, visitation, or service. Final resting place was in Green Ridge Memorial Park, Bullskin Township.
