Patricia A. (Craig) Leyden, 75, of Scottdale (East Huntingdon Township), passed away at 11:15 a.m. Friday, March 16, 2018, at Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. Patricia was born June 1, 1942, in Indian Head, Fayette County, a daughter of Eugene Craig, of Connellsville, and the late Euceba Miller. She and her husband, Bob, were married in September 1962, and recently celebrated their 55th wedding anniversary. Patricia was a devoted wife and mother who enjoyed the outdoors, traveling and walking the neighborhood with her friend, Marilyn. She was also an antique collector and animal lover with a house full of beloved feline rescues. Patricia will be sadly missed by her loving family; her husband, Robert D. Leyden; father, Eugene Craig; her two children, Karen Leyden, of Pittsburgh, and Rob Leyden, of Tucson, Ariz.; her brother, Dave Barger and wife, Carol, of Wexford; niece, Vicki Barger; and two nephews, Eric and Paul Barger; her other brother, John Barger, of Las Vegas, Nev. and his longtime partner, Helaine Vaughan; and her sister-in-law, Barbara Leyden, of Red Deer, Alberta, partner Don Barr, and daughter, Kimberly, in British Columbia.
