Nancy L. (Martin) Rearick, 70, of Dawson, passed away at 10:15 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 8, 2018, at her residence.

Nancy was born April 20, 1948, in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Francis M. and Gertrude (Leonard) Martin.

She was married to James W. "Jim" Rearick, who passed away on March 13, 2012.

Nancy was a devoted mother, grandmother, homemaker, and noted newspaper carrier for the Tribune-Review. She was a member of the Phillip G. Cochran Memorial United Methodist Church in Dawson and a former board member and past secretary of the Dickerson Run Cemetery. Nancy was also an active member of the Dawson Volunteer Fire Department's Ladies Auxiliary and took enjoyment in listening to music.

Nancy will be sadly missed by her loving family: her three children, Cindy Cole and husband Russell and James W. Rearick Jr. and wife Jamie, all of Dawson, and Dwayne Rearick and wife Beth of North Belle Vernon; her four grandchildren, Hannah Cole, and Jacob, Ethan, and Justin Rearick; her close friend and caregiver, Thomas Hill; her brother, Donald Martin and wife Beverly of Connellsville; her two sisters, Judy Anderson and husband John and Tina Hartman and husband Don, all of Dawson; and numerous nieces and nephews.

In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Gladys Martin.

Family and friends will be received from 4-8 p.m. Saturday and from noon to 1 p.m. Sunday, the hour of service, in the funeral home chapel, with the Rev. Dr. Marvin Watson officiating.

Chapel committal service and interment next to her late husband will follow in Dickerson Run Cemetery.
