Nancy S. McLean, 76, of Scottdale, passed away at 11:30 a.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, 2021, in Excela Health Frick Hospital, Mt. Pleasant. Nancy was born Nov. 21, 1944, in Latrobe, a daughter of the late Earl G. and Elisabeth (Soles) Bryan. She married Homer E. McLean on June 2, 1984. Nancy was a devoted wife, mother and grandmother and a graduate of East Huntingdon High School, Class of 1963. Nancy loved her hummingbirds, butterflies, babies and everything sweet and good in people and in life! The love she received from so many is only a reflection of the love she gave away. To live in hearts you leave behind is not to die. Nancy will be sadly missed by her loving family: her husband of 37 years, Homer E. McLean; her daughter, Christine Everhart, of Normalville; her granddaughters, Elizabeth and Rachel; her brother, Richard Bryan, of Mt. Holly, N.J.; many nieces, nephews and cousins; and her BFF and "sister," Sally Fadrosh. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her son, Michael Myers; and her two brothers, Ben and Scott Bryan.
