Margaret J. "Peggy" (Noel) Miller, 68, of Scottdale (Upper Tyrone Township), passed away Tuesday, July 26, 2016. Peggy was born Sept. 9, 1947, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Donald and Elizabeth Jane (Vargo) Noel. She was married to John R. Miller III, who passed away Jan. 4, 2015. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister, Deborah Mae Noel. Peggy was a devoted mother, grandmother and great-grandmother. She was a graduate of Norwin High School, Class of 1965, and the Kaplan University in 2006 where she was awarded a master's degree. She also held membership in the Kappa Delta Phi and enjoyed crocheting. Peggy will be sadly missed by her loving family: her three children, Robert F. Lesniak, Donald S. Lesniak and his wife, Carrie, and Candice M. Stevens and her husband, Randy; her 17 grandchildren, Katelyn, Jacob, Jennifer, Levi, Abigail, April, Corey, Christian with whom she resided, Zachary, Chauna, Justin, Ziggy, Alexus, Kylie, Eli, Randy Jr. and Amber; her two great-grandchildren; her sister, Donna Lee Burk; her brother, Ronald Joseph Noel; numerous nieces and nephews; and her pet dog, Sassy.
