LOIS F. RUSHTON, 80 of Connellsville (Dunbar Township), passed away at 4:02 AM Friday, May 2, 2025 in UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh. Lois was born May 28, 1944 in Dickerson Run, a daughter of the late Earl and Lolly (Molisee) Rosensteel. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles George in 1976 and her second husband, Thomas E. Rushton in 2024.

Lois was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister,  and aunt. She was a faithful member of the Vanderbilt Church of Christ and enjoyed Pittsburgh Sports Teams, time spent with family, listening to oldies and Elvis, and sitting in her porch watching birds and wildlife.

Lois will be sadly missed by her loving family; her two daughters, Tammy Pratt and husband Brian of Scottdale and Susan Kash and her husband Dan of Monroeville; her two grandchildren, Kara Keffer and Brittany Walsh; her three sisters, Sandy Lint (Leslie), Betty Danner, and Donna Heller; and numerous nieces and nephews.

Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of the RALPH GALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 501 RAILROAD STREET, DAWSON (www.fergusonfunerals.com). Family and friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Sunday and 10-11 AM Monday in the funeral home chapel where funeral; services will be held at 11 AM Monday with Pastor Greg Pelc officiating.
