Kenneth P. "Ken" Hodge, 79, of Mt. Pleasant (East Huntingdon Township), passed away at 1:35 p.m. Tuesday, Nov. 15, 2022, at his residence. Ken was born July 23, 1943, in Fayette County, a son of the late Paul Raymond and Mabel Katherine (Shaw) Hodge. He was married to Carolyn Leora (Bowers) Hodge who passed away on November 9, 2019.

Ken was a devoted father, grandfather, brother, and uncle. He was employed for many years as a fork lift operator at the former Williamhouse and also previously worked at the former Modulus Corporation. He graduated from Scottdale High School and enjoyed gardening and watching Friends on TV.

Ken will be sadly missed by his loving family, his son, Kenneth R. Hodge and wife Rhonda (Gallo) of Alverton; his daughter, Cindy R. and husband, John W. Jordan of Mt. Pleasant; his granddaughter, Katlyn N. Jordan; his brother, Wayne Hodge and wife Betsy of South Carolina; numerous nieces and nephews; and several brothers-in-law and sisters-in-laws.

In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his grandson, Zachary A. Jordan; and his sister, Eleanor.

According to Ken's wishes, there will be no viewing visitation, or service.
