Karen Elaine Wolfgang, 62

of Fairfax, VA passed away September 23, 2024 in the Inova Fairfax Medical Center in Fairfax. Karen was born April 20, 1962 in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Earl  Dickson and Helen (Orczeck) Wolfgang. Following her Masters Degree, she was employed as a benefits manager in the medical field for many years..

Karen will be sadly missed by her loving sister, Joyce Wolfgang, also of Fairfax, VA.
