John W. "Jack" Suttle, 96 of Scottdale, passed away at 3:27 PM Thursday, September 9, 2021 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Jack was born November 17, 1924 in Everson, Fayette County, a son of the late Harry and Cora (Brown) Suttle. He married Gloria (Bair) Suttle on March 16, 1945 and she passed away on November 11, 2012. In addition to his parents and wife, he was preceded in death by his three brothers, Harry, Raymond, and James Suttle.

Jack was a graduate of Scottdale High School, Class of 1943 and a longtime and faithful member of the Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ in Scottdale. In Jack's most recent years, he attended Christ United Methodist Church in Scottdale with his friends! He was a veteran of World War II, serving as a private with the US Marines in the South Pacific theater. Jack enjoyed socializing with his friends at Mongell's Tire Service as well as the YMCA. He was an inspiration to many, a man with perseverance, a kind heart, and a great sense of humor. Jack will be sadly missed!

Personalized cremation arrangements are under the professional supervision of the ROBERT B. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 105 SPRING STREET, SCOTTDALE (724-887-5300 / www.fergusonfunerals.com). At the request of the decedent, there will be no viewing or visitation. An intimate time of celebrating Jack's life will be held at a later date. His cremains will be placed in Scottdale Cemetery at the grave site of his parents. Final resting place is in our Heavenly Father's arms! Love Lasts Forever!
