Jeffrey T. Elkins, 65 of Scottdale, passed away at 10:15 a.m. Monday, Nov. 21, 2022 at his residence. Jeff was born Sept. 18, 1957, in Mt. Pleasant, a son of the late Albert and Winona (Millslagle) Elkins.

Jeff was a graduate of Southmoreland High School, Class of 1975 and was employed at Greg's Car Care Center in Scottdale for many years as a professional auto mechanic. He previously worked for Butt's Service Center and at NAPA Auto Parts, both in Scottdale.Jeff will be sadly missed by his loving family, his brother, Al Elkins and wife Bonnie of Mt. Pleasant; his sister, Nancy Laptosky and husband Rich of Port Vue, and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister, Elaine Graft and his two brothers, David and Roger Elkins.
