James Edward Keefer, 58 of Scottdale, passed away Monday, July 2, 2018 at his residence. Jim was born March 31, 1960 in Mount Pleasant, a son of the late Meade and Mary (Leonard) Keefer.

Jim enjoyed hanging out with family and friends around a fire, having a few beers, listening to music, especially oldies which were his favorite as he would sing right along with the tune. He loved going to truck & tractor pulls and had a fondness towards animals giving them a chip always! Jim would give everyone a "laugh" or two, anytime day or night. We love you Jim, we will miss you...

Jim will be sadly missed by his loving family; his siblings, Mary Charlene Hays, Chuck Keefer Sr. and wife Jackie, Linda Brown and husband Harry, and Anita Keefer, all of Scottdale, Regina Eicher and husband Bruce of Kingview, Amy Keefer of Scottdale and Bob Keefer and wife Judy of Perryopolis; numerous nieces and nephews; great nieces and nephews ; and special friends, Elaine and Joe. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother max, Dave Keefer and sister, Kathy King; his nephew, Bobby Eicher; and his brothers-in-law, Joe Murtha and Jerry Hays.
