Ingeborg E. Hall, 89, of Scottdale, passed away at 5:25 p.m. Sunday, June 17, 2018, at her residence.
Ingeborg was born June 24, 1928, in Schweinfurt, Germany, a daughter of the late Georg Plackner and Hildegard Miehling Rosch and step-father, Karl Rosch. She was married to Jack R. Hall, who passed away on July 14, 1993.
Ingeborg was a devoted mother, homemaker, and avid church and Scottdale community volunteer. She was a faithful member of Christ United Methodist Church in Scottdale where she was active in serving the spaghetti dinners. Ingeborg was a member for over 20 years in the Ladies Auxiliary of TREA (Retired Enlistment Association) and also held membership at the Bullskin Senior Center. She enjoyed playing games, church activities, volunteering at the County Fair and Fall Festival food booths, and participating in several card clubs.
Ingeborg will be sadly missed by her loving daughter, Shirley A. Hall of Scottdale. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her step-sister, Helga.

Family and friends will be received from 2-8 p.m. Wednesday in the funeral home chapel where funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday with her pastor, Rev. Kathy Barnhart officiating. Graveside committal service and interment will follow in Scottdale next to her late husband.
