Hope J. (Dott) Prioletto, 85, of Greensburg, passed away Monday, March 7, 2016, in the Greensburg Care Center, Hempfield Township. Hope was born May 1, 1930, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Martin and Jane (Cavalier) Dott. She was married to James N. Prioletto, who passed away Aug. 6, 2009. Hope was a former secretary and bookkeeper for Bon Ton and Sears in the Greensburg area. She was also a longtime and faithful member of Blessed Sacrament Cathedral in Greensburg. Hope will be sadly missed by her loving family: her four children, Karen Voll and her husband, Jeffrey, Cheryl Osikowicz and her husband, Mark, and James Prioletto and his wife, Judi, all of Greensburg, and Michael Prioletto and his wife, Christina, of Frederick, Md.; her five grandchildren, Jeffrey Voll, Matthew Osikowicz, and Carmen, Bella, and Giovianni Prioletto; her two sisters; and several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by a sister.
At the request of the decedent, there will be no viewing or visitation. Family and friends are invited to attend at funeral Mass at 9:30 a.m. Saturday in Blessed Sacrament Cathedral, Greensburg. Final resting place will be in Greensburg Catholic Cemetery next to her late husband. Professional care provided by the WESTMORELAND CREMATION SERVICE, 1-877-cremate.
