Gerald "Jerry" W. Weaver Jr., 63 of Dawson passed away Monday, July 5, 2021, in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg following a longterm illness.

He was born June 24, 1958 in Mt. Pleasant to the late Gerald W. Weaver Sr. and Norma Jean (Hall) Weaver.

Jerry was a veteran of the U.S. Army and received his GED and  associates degree in business administration from Westmoreland County Community College, Youngwood.

He is survived by his wife of 31 years, Nancy Pearman Weaver, the love of his life; his sisters and brothers-in-law Jackie and Richard Beranek of Dawson, Jane and David Claar of Tennessee, and Vicki and Albert Mueller of Ruffsdale; sisters in law Sally Pearman and Gay Gipson of California and numerous nieces and nephews.

Funeral services were under the direction of the Robert B. Ferguson Funeral Home of Scottdale and were private.

Any donations may be made in Jerry's name to the Scottdale Public Library, 106 Spring Street ., Scottdale, Pa.
