Evyn Jai Carocci's Obituary
Evyn Jai Carocci, newborn infant son of Jason Michael Carocci and Autumn Sohonage Kozakovsky of Dawson, passed away on September 16, 2019 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg.
A memorial service will be held at 2 PM Saturday, September 28 in the Bryan United Methodist Church, Dawson with Rev. Calvin Cook officiating.
