Ohler , Elma L. 91 Formerly of Connellsville Elma L. (Mickey) Ohler, 91, formerly of Connellsville, passed away Monday, March 30, 2015, in the Harmon House Convalescent Center, Mt. Pleasant. Elma was born Oct. 9, 1923, in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Ray E. and Roxey (Faidley) Mickey. She was married to Albert B. "Bearl" Ohler, who passed away May 22, 2006. Elma was a loving mother and grandmother. She was a faithful member of the Church of the Brethren of Connellsville, where she was active in the Woman's Fellowship and Builders Sunday School programs. A graduate of Connellsville High School, Class of 1941, she enjoyed sewing, reading, crossword puzzles, camping with her husband and the companionship of her pet dog, Bella. Elma will be sadly missed by her devoted family: her two daughters, Sandy Brown and her husband, Bob, of Bear Rocks, and Karen Showman and her husband, Jerry, of Connellsville; her three grandchildren, Andrew Brown, Lauren Showman and her fiance, Edward Gourn, and Jillian Showman; and several nieces, nephews and cousins. In addition to her parents and husband, she was preceded in death by her sister, Eleanor Friend; and her two brothers, Wilbur "Bill" and Robert "Scotty" Mickey.
