Elaine M. Graft, 60, of Scottdale, passed away at 3:04 p.m. Saturday, May 1, 2021, in UPMC Presbyterian Hospital, Pittsburgh. Elaine was born Sept. 5, 1960, in Pittsburgh, a daughter of the late Albert Elkins and Winona (Millslagle) Elkins Riggin. She married Larry R. Graft April 2, 1982. Elaine was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother and sister. She was a graduate of Southmoreland High School, Class of 1978, and worked as an office manager with her son' s business, Unified Alerts. She enjoyed spending time with her family and adored her loyal pet Dachshund, Lucy! Elaine will be sadly missed by her loving family; her husband of 39 years, Larry R. Graft; her children, Larry Graft Jr., of North Carolina, Christopher Graft, of Colorado, Michael Graft, of Pittsburgh, Nathan Graft and wife, Nadine, of Scottdale, and Joanie Graft, of Mt. Pleasant; numerous grandchildren; her siblings, Alan Elkins and wife, Bonnie, of Mt. Pleasant, Jeff Elkins, of Scottdale, and Nancy Laptosky and husband, Rich, of Liberty Borough. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her stepfather, Donald Riggin; her son, Daniel Graft, Oct. 28, 2004; and her two brothers, David and Roger Elkins.
