Carl Douglas "Doug" Irwin, 59 of Ruffsdale, husband of Linda Whigham Irwin, passed away Thursday, March 24, 2016 at his residence with his loving family at his side. Doug's memorial service will be held at 1 pm on Sunday, April 3, 2016 in the Christ Reformed Church, Ruffsdale. Memorials can be made to: Coal & Coke Trail Chapter, PO Box 360, Scottdale, PA 15683.
