Diane L. Kelly, 70 of Mt. Pleasant (East Huntingdon Township), passed away Tuesday, January 14, 2025 at her residence. Diane was born September 30, 1954 in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Merritt and Mary Lou (Sturtz) Kelly.

Diane was a devoted mother, grandmother, sister and aunt. She was a graduate of Southmoreland High School, Class of 1972 and worked for many years at Amtrak in Philadelphia and retired as a Certified Nursing Assistant, working for Westmoreland County. She was a longtime member of the Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ in Scottdale. Diane had a heart of gold and was an avid Steeler fan, enjoyed traveling and spending time at the beach. She cherished and doted over her 2 grandchildren.

Diane will be sadly missed by her loving family; her two children, Stacey McErlane (Patrick) of Langhorne and Hunter McErlane (Catie) of New Jersey; grandchildren Dominic and Gianna. Her two brothers, David Kelly (Patti) of Scottdale and Donald Kelly (Shari) of Hempfield Township; and her cousins, nieces & nephews.

At the request of the family, there will be no viewing. A memorial service will be held later in the Spring at the Trinity Reformed United Church of Christ Scottdale.
