David Edward Schrock, 62 of Connellsville (Bullskin Township) passed away at 4:26 PM Wednesday, April 12, 2023 in Allegheny General Hospital, Pittsburgh. Dave was born August 17, 1960 in Connellsville, a son of the late Donald E. and Gloria R. (Shelley) Schrock, who passed away in 2006 and 2022 respectively.

Dave was a devoted father, brother, uncle, and nephew. He attended Connellsville High School and was employed as a painter and caregiver with the Commonwealth of PA assistance agency. Dave enjoyed his family, friends, mowing grass, and vacations to the beach.

Dave will be sadly missed by his loving family; his son, David Schrock; his sister, Dawn Keefer of Bullskin Township; his two brothers, Mark Schrock of Scottdale and Sean Schrock of Connellsville; his two uncles, Henry Shelley Jr. and Dr. Daniel Shelley whom Dave was very close to; his three special nieces, Michelle Sipple, Tammy Keffer, and Kelly Shultz; and several other nieces and nephews. Parents, he was preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Marshall "Butch" Keefer in 2021.
