David E. Clark, 70

of Vanderbilt (Dunbar Township) passed away at 10:40 AM Friday, July 17, 2026 in WVU’s Medicine’s Uniontown Hospital, Uniontown. David was born on November 13, 1955 in Connellsville, son of the late Cyrus E. and Doris (Moyer) Clark. He married Coleen (Gray) Clark on July 2, 1982 and she survives him.

David was a devoted husband, father, grandfather, great grandfather, and brother. He was employed for over 30

Years as Foreman and Heavy Equipment Operator with Marsolino Construction in Uniontown and was working member of the Labor’s Union #1058 and Heavy Equipment Union Local #66. David enjoyed riding horses, leather working, and was a talented farrier, shoeing horses and trimming hoofs for many local equine lovers. Above all, he loved spending time with his family.

David will be sadly missed by his loving family; his wife of 44 years, Coleen (Gray) Clark; his four daughters, Amy Detone (Wayne), Loni Nedrow (Daniel), Gidget, and Nancy Marie; his three grandchildren, Ethan David Detone, Michael Eugene Detone (Erica), and Lauren Nedrow (Josh); his great grandchild, Ellie; his two sisters, Patricia Stawovy (David) and Cheryl Clark; his brother, Jody Clark ( Brenda); his sister-in-law, Sandy Clark; his brother-in-law and sister-in-law, Robert and Sandy Kuznick; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his siblings, Richard Allen Clark and Kathleen Jo Crocetti.
