Daniel Brian Moorhead, 59 of Scottdale, passed away at 1:15 pm Wednesday, November 21, 2018 in Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Dan was born March 20, 1959 in Wilsonboro, PA, a son of the late Ronald C. And Kathleen (Logan) Moorhead, who passed away in 1974 and 1986 respectively.

A graduate of Southmoreland High School, Class of 1977, Dan was employed for many years as a sorter in the Greensburg Post Office. He was a veteran of the US Air Force and enjoyed the outdoors, hunting, and fishing.

Dan will be sadly missed by his loving family; his siblings, Bridget (Moorhead) Foreman of Scottdale, Ronald Logan Moorhead of Scottdale, Edward Gary Moorhead and wife Karol of Champion, Helen Logan (Moorhead) McGeoch and husband Mark of Pinehurst, NC, and Jim Moorhead and wife Cassie of Connellsville; numerous nieces, nephews, and special friend, Douglas Edwards.
