Crystal Jo (Hollis) Menefee, 40, of Mt. Pleasant, passed away at 10:52 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 15, 2016, at Excela Health Westmoreland Hospital, Greensburg. Crystal was born on Dec. 22, 1975, in Greensburg, a daughter of Virginia Lint Hollis, of McKeesport, and the late John Hollis. She married Eric D. Menefee on May 24, 2008. Crystal was a devoted wife, daughter, sister and aunt. She was a member of Gospel Life Tabernacle Church, Mt. Pleasant, and previously was affiliated with Bible Alliance Church, West Newton. Crystal graduated from Southmoreland High School in the class of 1995 and enjoyed Facebook, games and children. Crystal will be sadly missed by her loving family, including her husband of nine years, Eric D. Menefee; mother, Virginia Lint Hollis; sisters, Janice Vargo, of Herminie, and Loretta Taylor, of Uniontown; brothers-in-law, John Menefee and Steve Menefee (Danielle); father-in-law, Franklin Menefee (Corina Rose); numerous nieces and nephews; and her special friends, Theresa and James Minerd. She also was preceded in death by her mother-in-law, Eva Menefee. Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of ROBERT B.
