Cheryl Renee Evans, 37 of Toms Brook, VA, passed away March 7, 2019 in Breezewood. Cheryl was born April 16, 1981 in Mount Pleasant, a daughter of James and Mary Ann (Brosick) Evans of Everson. She was married to Howard "Buck" Widner.

Cheryl was a devoted wife, daughter, mother, and sister. She was employed as a school bus driver for the Shenandoah County School System in Woodstock, VA and was a graduate of Southmoreland High School, Class of 1999. She enjoyed her children and dirt track racing.

In addition to her her parents and husband, she will be sadly missed by her two children, Spencer A. Evans and Eliza Jane Widner; her two brothers, Christopher James Lee Evans and Andrew James Evans; and several aunts, uncles, and cousins.
