Brian S. "HeeHaw" Urban, 56 of Connellsville (Dry Hill) passed away at 5:11 am Sunday, March 27, 2022 in UPMC Montefiore Hospital, Pittsburgh where he had been a patient for the past month. HeeHaw was born on St. Valentine's Day, February 14, 1966, in Mount Pleasant, a son of Marjorie Louise (Hixson) Urban of Dry Hill and the late George Urban, who passed away in 1995.

HeeHaw was a devoted son, and brother. He graduated from Southmoreland High School, Class of 1984 and worked for many years at PSI in Connellsville, Keffer's Pizza in Dawson, and at the Scottdale Cemetery. HeeHaw enjoyed bowling and riding motorcycles. Years ago, he grew up in the scouting program and served as a member of the Everson Volunteer Fire Department.

HeeHaw will be sadly missed by his loving family; his mother, Marjorie Louise (Hixson) Urban; his sister, Saundra Urban and spouse Amanda of Scottdale; his brother, Jay Allan Urban and partner, Andrew Vargo of Connellsville; and numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. In addition to his father, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Allan Urban (1965); his paternal grandparents, Joe and Elizabeth (Urban) Nichol; and his maternal grandparents, Boyd and Betty (Shallenberger)Hixson.

Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of the ROBERT B. FERGUSON FUNERAL HOME, 105 SPRING STREET, SCOTTDALE (www.fergusonfunerals.com). Family and friends will be received from 2-8 PM Wednesday and from 10-11 AM Thursday in the funeral home chapel where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Thursday with Pastor Shawn Robbins officiating. Graveside committal service and interment will be in Mt. Olive Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the family. Love Lasts Forever!
