Bonnie Kay Timms, 69 of Dickerson Run

passed away at 5:40 pm Saturday, December 30, 2023 in Penn Highlands Hospital, Connellsville. Bonnie was born June 6, 1954 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late George and Lillian Lucille (Waller) McBurney. She married David Allen Timms, November 6, 1971 and he passed away on May 1, 2022.

Bonnie was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. She was a dedicated employee at Linden Hall for over 40 years.

Bonnie will be sadly missed by her loving family; her son, David Timms; her grandchildren, Cody Timms (Samantha Arndt), Kayla Zerkle (Jared Zerkle), Chance Marsh (Tabitha Johnston), her great-grandchildren, Parker Jacobs, Wade Zerkle, Chandler Marsh, Alora Timms, and Wyatt and John Van Divner; her sisters-in-law, Patricia McBurney and Connie Smith; and her niece, Deb Colbert.

In addition to her parents and husband she was preceded in death by her daughter, Tammy Timms; her grandson, Ryan Timms; her sister, Nancy Jane McBurney; and her brothers, George, John, and Howard McBurney.

2-4 & 6-8 pm Wednesday and from 10-11 am Thursday in the funeral home chapel. Funeral services will be held at 11 am Thursday with Pastor Greg Pelc officiating. Chapel committal service and interment next to her late husband will be in Dickerson Run Cemetery. Love Lasts Forever!
