Bobbi Loraine Jones, 59

of Dawson (Lower Tyrone Township) passed away at 7:30 PM Friday, April 3, 2026 in UPMC’s Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh with her loving family by her side. Bobbi was born on August 13, 1966 in Mount Pleasant, a daughter of Marjorie (Mulhorn) Santmyer of Scottdale and the late William D. Santmyer. She married Shawn P. Jones on July 13, 1983 and he survives her.

Bobbi was a devoted wife, mother, grandmother, and homemaker. She attended Coastal Carolina Community College in 1985, and enjoyed playing bingo, and leading church worship services on her pastime. Bobbi absolutely loved going to the beach. She would spend hours searching for seashells and shark teeth as the sand moved between her toes.

Bobbi will be sadly missed by her loving family; her husband of 42 years, Shawn P. Jones; her mother, Marjorie (Mulhorn) Santmyer; her three children, Shawn P. Jones Jr. and wife Lacey, Christopher J. Jones and wife Kaitlin, and Joshua D. Jones and fiancée Brittany O’Donnell; her three grandchildren, Veaira, Emmett, and Corbin Jones; her sister, Chris Shaffer and husband Jim; her brother, Billy Santmyer; and her two nieces, Emily Kelley and Tiffany Bradley. In addition to her father, she was preceded in death by her brother-in-law, Tim Kelley.
