Barbara Lee (Keedy) Wilhelm, 82 of Dawson (Lower Tyrone Township), passed away at 6:25 AM Tuesday, October 11, 2022 in UPMC Shadyside Hospital, Pittsburgh. Barbara was born November 30, 1939 in Connellsville, a daughter of the late Robert Clayton and Alice Alberta (Keller) Keedy. She was preceded in death by her first husband, Donald August Wilhelm; her second husband, Henry C. Livingston Jr.; her son, Albert Lee Keedy; her infant daughter, Janice Wilhelm; and her brother, Edward Robert Keedy.

Barbara was a devoted mother, grandmother, and great grandmother. Years ago, she was affiliated with the Trinity Evangelical Lutheran Church in Connellsville and served as the Mayor of Dawson for many years. Barbara was a lifetime member of the Dawson Volunteer Fire Department and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren and going to bingo.

Barbara will be sadly missed by her loving family; her five children, Duncan E. Keedy of Dawson, Anna "Terri" Begonia of Connellsville, Robert "Bobby" Wilhelm and wife Wendy of South Carolina, Diane Hauger and husband Duane of Acme, and Alice "Liz" Huffine and husband Brian of Dawson; several grandchildren and great grandchildren; her brother John "French" Keedy and wife Paula of Mount Pleasant; her sister, Elizabeth "Sis" Newell and husband Donald of Dawson; and several nieces and nephews.

Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of the RALPH E. GALLEY FUNERAL HOME, 501 Railroad Street, Dawson (www.fergusonfunerals.com). Family and friends will be received from 2-4 & 6-8 PM Thursday and 10-11 AM Friday in the funeral home chapel where funeral services will be held at 11 AM Friday with Rev. Dr. Marvin Watson officiating. Chapel committal service will follow in Dickerson Run Union Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to: Dawson Volunteer Fire Department. The Fire Department will hold a memorial service on Thursday evening in the funeral home. Love Lasts Forever!
