Barbara Ann Neighbors, 71, of Uniontown, formerly of Scottdale, passed away Monday, Oct. 24, 2016, in Cherry Tree Nursing Center, Uniontown. Barbara was born Feb. 17, 1945, in Mt. Pleasant, a daughter of the late Eugene E. and Gladys E. (Thomas) Neighbors. Barbara was a loving sister and cousin. She was a longtime and faithful member of the Mt. Joy Church of the Brethren. Years ago, she worked as a nurse's aide at the former Wolfe's Nursing Home in Scottdale. Barbara will be sadly missed by her devoted family; her two sisters, Sandra Neighbors, of Willoughby Hills, Ohio, and Linda Bradley and her husband, Gerald, of Ft. Worth, Texas; her special cousins, Mary Budinsky and her husband, David, of Uniontown, Dottie Harbin, of Cleveland, Ohio, and Judy Wolfe, of Philadelphia; along with many other loving cousins. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, Rodney E. Wolfe. Personalized arrangements are under the professional supervision of the ROBERT B.
