Funeral Preplanning

Funeral preplanning is one of the most loving and considerate actions you can take to spare your family additional stress at a difficult emotional time. You will be taking care of many of the details that will face your loved ones at the time of your passing.

We have developed this Three Step form as means for you to select the funeral package of your choice, finalize the details of your pre-planned funeral, and allow the creation of your own obituary.

You should note that this web form does not use online security, as (for example) is used on credit card processing pages. Therefore, you should only provide information you would be comfortable sending in an email. We will not, for instance, request your Social Security Number via this form, but will follow up with you personally, by phone, for such sensitive information.

Choosing  a Funeral Package  
  Traditional Funeral Services
   
  Professional services, local transportation, 2-hour visitation prior to funeral ceremony, private committal service, embalming, 20 gauge non-seal steel burial casket, and concrete outer burial container.
   
  Professional services, local transportation, one day visitation, next day funeral ceremony, cemetery committal service, embalming, 18 gauge protective steel burial casket or solid poplar wood casket, and concrete water resistant asphalt burial vault.
   
  Professional services, local transportation, two day visitation, next day funeral ceremony, cemetery committal service, embalming, stainless steel non-corrosive burial casket, and concrete water proof marbelon lined burial vault.
     
Cremation Funeral Services
   
  The Simplicity Cremation Package is our simplest and most economical offering. The package includes the basic services of a licensed professional and staff; removal of remains in Westmoreland or Fayette counties; coroner fee, if applicable; transportation to crematory; and cremation costs.
   
  The Remembrance Cremation Package is our best-valued offering. The package includes a thoughtful remembrance service and all of the items in our Simplicity Cremation Package, including a professional staff for coordinating and conducting a Memorial Service; memorial folders, register book and acknowledgement cards; and a memorial service candle.
